RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client, a growing company is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer. Will do .NET development then helping with the migration over to Java/React. Needs to be willing to move forward with Java. They are really looking for a strong backend developer in .NET, with some exposure to Java for their upcoming migration. Mentorship and the ability to drive a positive culture
REQUIREMENTS:

• BS degree in computer science, software engineering or similar field is preferred; Equivalent work experience will be considered
• At least 5-7+years of software development experience
• Experienced in .NET Framework/C# development
• Experienced in SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, and/or similar databases
• Experienced with handling data
• Experienced in mentoring junior and mid-level developers
• Exposure to Java
• Experience with React (Angular works, as well) is preferred
• Understanding of standard DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, end-to-end testing
• Experience with migrating legacy systems is a plus
