The Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for operational support, buildout, development, and maintenance of the Cloud architecture for the Consumer Identity suite of services.
Our team works alongside product managers, software engineers, and system architects to maintain and improve a high-availability consumer registration and authentication service hosted in Amazon AWS using cloud native services.

Required/Desired Education & Experience:
Minimum
- 3-5+ years industry experience in designing, developing, implementing, or supporting software applications in a Cloud environment, ideally with AWS cloud services.
- 3-5+ years industry experience working in a DevOps or SRE environment.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or other technical field, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of and proficiency using:
- AWS Cloud Services
- Scripting or programming languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Solid understanding of networking and security best practices
- Experience working with
- Operations or application support
- High volume web applications and frameworks
- Monitoring Tools (Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Application monitoring, etc.)
- Container experience in AWS (Docker, ECS, Fargate, etc.)
- CloudFormation
- Working knowledge of and proficiency using
- AWS Cloud Services
- OO software development, Java preferred
- Linux
- Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, or development background are preferrable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a proactive, self-starter
