Objective: Spearhead the Tech Workstream component of a merger and acquisition

- Business Continuity Activities
- Application Services
- DevOps
- Mainframe
- Engineering/Architecture
- Information Security
- Translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete strategy and tactical plans.
- Work on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors to achieve best results.
- Work effectively with cross functional teams, Business stakeholders, third party vendors, and senior management in accomplishing program objectives.
- Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes.
- Work closely with the Program Sponsor and Executive Management to facilitate decisions necessary for program delivery.
- Effective program oversight and reviews to effect success.
- Resolve resource, change, and risks/issues affecting the technical workstream program.
- Oversee execution and delivery of technical workstream program.
- Understanding of the strategic and operational issues of the project.
- Demonstrated ability in managing expectations on project requirements and deliverables.
- Highly developed business acumen.
- Strong writing, communication, and meeting facilitation skills
- Strong integration skills; ability to coordinate all aspects of a program.
- Strong program leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented/highly organized
- Solid understanding of technology:
- Ability to understand how acquired apps are used and how they map to the company
- Data Conversion, Mapping, Migration
- Network Mapping
- Exchange Migration / Mailboxes
- 7+ years as an IT Infrastructure/TechOps Senior Program Manager
- 3+ years of experience spearheading M&A TechOps/Infrastructure initiatives
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to speak fluently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
