Job Description:

The Cloud Collaboration Services Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining applications that support and enhance the Cloud-based Collaboration platforms.

Predominantly Zoom, but additionally: Slack; Symphony; MS Teams and LeapXpert implementations.

• The developer will approve code, support and consult developers, and create DevOps solutions.
• The role will also be responsible for writing PowerShell scripts to support policy and software updates for collaboration products.
• Development and support of the services via the vendor-provided APIs will be required to streamline operating processes through automation, as well as providing new end-user functionality.
• The goal of the team is to deliver stable collaboration platforms through the efficient and effective execution of changes, managed escalations, and ownership of production product lifecycles.
• Integration of the publicly available cloud services with security controls is crucial to protect the Bank's data, as is governance and oversight of the platforms' consumption by the internal user-base.
• Knowledge of Zoom, and other products such as Symphony and Slack would be an added benefit.

Skills and qualifications:

• Development languages .NET, C#, WPF, Web API, ASP, HTML, JavaScript.
• Experience developing applications using Active Directory.
• Experience consuming Rest APIs, using Swagger/OpenAPi documents.
• Experience creating and maintaining Web pages - ASP, Html, JavaScript.
• Experience writing and deploying REST APIs and documenting with swagger/OpenApi.
• Experience with database, especially SQL Server, and some Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with PowerShell ? Able to consult and review code for C#, ASP, Java, JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with Build Agents - Jenkins, TeamCity.
• Experience with source control SVN and GIT.
• Understanding of Agile development principles - Jira, sprints, CI and CD.
• Proficient in both Linux and Windows administration.

Main Responsibilities:

• Writing and maintaining applications in multiple programming languages using Rest APIs for administration and support.
• Maintaining libraries in multiple languages to interact with APIs on several different communications platforms (Symphony, Zoom, Slack).
• Consulting and instructing on use of Rest APIs.
• Reviewing and approving code for interacting with other systems.
• Maintaining application documentation for application consumers.
